Prayers are Needed

This is a picture of my friend Kathy and her granddaughter, Lucy.... Lucy was born on August 25th and tonight she was rushed to the children's hospital in Edmonton, she is in ICU and fighting for her life. This is Kathy's first grandchild and her family are filled with worry and exhaustion. The doctors are unsure what exactly is wrong but they are trying to stabilize her as they are doing test. Please remember little Lucy, my dear friend Kathy and her family in your prayers....Thank you

  1. I'm praying right now for God to Build a wall of His Loving Protection around Lucy and her family.
Let's put her in God's Hands for there is no better place to be.
I'm praying for you too, Bernie.
    Love and Prayers,

  17. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers...Kathy has just called and baby Lucy is holding her own this morning and the family are meeting with doctor's at noon today.
Kathy will call when she can, I will keep you updated....let's keep praying okay.

Gail the only reason I was there was that Kathy was visiting me and we were having a cup of tea when her daughter called, she was to upset to drive so I drove her in and her husband drove me home early this morning.

Love you all and again I thank you for your prayers and I know how much the family appreciate them.....:-) Hugs

  18. Sending Baby Lucy all positive healing thoughts. Our Grandson, Caden, was born 9 weeks early - a baby in the NICU is a very frightening ordeal.

  22. I am praying for Lucy and her family, Bernie. Such a sweet, young life to be in distress, but I know she's in God's hands. I pray her parents have the faith of a mustard seed, and will seek His face for peace, wisdom, and comfort.

Thank you for your words on my post about 9/11. We did come together...I pray we stay together in strength and courage to fight the enemies without and within. God bless you, Bernie!

My youngest daughter just told us she is expecting in the spring, so I can so relate to this grandmother's anxiety.
